MXGP of Switzerland - Frauenfeld
More experience and valuable points from the World Championship
Julius Mikula has completed another round of the MXGP World Championship, this time held on the track in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. Unfortunately, it wasn't an ideal weekend, as luck wasn't quite on his side.
In the qualifying race, Julius was forced to retire due to a technical issue with the bike, which meant he had to pick his gate for the main races from 33rd position. Despite this setback, he didn't give up and managed to finish the first moto in 18th place.
In the second moto, he showed great speed and steadily moved forward, battling for 15th position. Unfortunately, the rider ahead of him crashed, and Julius couldn't avoid the collision. He suffered a painful injury to his right hand and had to withdraw from the race. Fortunately, medical checks confirmed there were no fractures, and Julius is okay.
He leaves Switzerland with 3 World Championship points and more valuable experience from the toughest motocross series in the world. The next stop: the prestigious race in Montevarchi, Italy!
